Cooking Instructions:
- Stuff the goose with a choice of one of our delicious Arthur's specialty stuffing. 
- Preheat oven to 150°C.
- Pan brown the goose, then place the bird on a rack over an oven
- Roast 4 hours, basting with the pan drippings regularly.
- Remember to save the pan drippings for the world's best roast potatoes, yummy!
